39 days on market. 7 showings, 2 agents telling me the home is overpriced by 100K and 1 full price offer with average terms that I suggested my seller not accept because I was confident I could get him better terms. And guess what… I DID!!

In this market other agents may be quick to lower the price and/or accept an offer especially when it’s full price but not me. Negotiating is one of my strengths and I take a lot of pride in being great at my craft while still learning and growing because we can always do better!
