Two weeks ago was a busy week with closings for 2 wonderful clients and friends of mine. The first was a 4-peat client who was purchasing a 2nd home. The second closing was a sale for the parents of a dear friend of mine.

I appreciate my clients, family, and friends who trust me and my team of professionals (including lenders, attorneys & their title company partners, inspectors, painters, flooring companies, clean out crews, house cleaners, sign installation companies, photographers, and my team at The J&H Group) to assist them in purchasing and/or selling a property.

The homebuying or selling process is very rarely rainbows and unicorns unlike what you see on TV or in our posts. There is a lot involved and I am so grateful for having great people who are always there for me and my clients. Thank you to those who assisted in helping me and my clients with these two transactions.

Congratulations again to my clients in moving forward with the next chapters in their lives!

We had an overwhelming turnout at this past weekend's open houses and a multitude of private showings by agents starting less than 15 mins after we went live on the market! After receiving multiple (and very competitive) offers, we are under contract! We're looking forward to working with the buyers and their team for a smooth and successful transaction for both parties!
