Yesterday, we celebrated the sale of my dear friends' home, and today, we get to celebrate the beginning of their next adventure! ❤️

And this one is pretty special!

Built in 1853, this distinguished Federal-style home is truly a rare find. With unmatched character, an interesting history, and so much potential, I cannot wait to watch them bring this historic beauty back to life. ✨

🌳 1.25 acres with plenty of room for their kiddos to run, play, and explore.
🏡 A home filled with history, charm, and endless possibilities.
🔑 And a really cool space above the garage that I know they're going to have fun with!

I've had the privilege of helping my friends buy and sell several times over the years, and being part of another exciting chapter means so much to me.

Some closings are a little more personal, and this particular closing was certainly one of them. ❤️

This beautiful home belongs to dear friends of mine, and I've had the privilege of helping them buy and sell several homes over the years. Every transaction has been a different chapter in their lives, and I'm so grateful they've continued to trust me to be part of those journeys.

This home was filled with years of memories, laughter, and moments that made it so much more than just a house.

And now, one chapter has officially come to a close, making room for another to begin. 🏡✨

One of the things I love most about what I do is being part of these important transitions in people's lives. Sometimes it's helping someone purchase their very first home. Sometimes it's helping a family move into something that better fits their needs. And sometimes, like this one, it's helping good friends turn the page to another exciting chapter.
