We agree with Tim Callahan that right now is a good time to invest in high quality office assets in Chicago. The office market is currently down with sentiment that work from home will be the new norm. Great businesses were built by people working together collaborating to solve problems and find solutions. Dispersed teams coasting on past successes face the threat of new competitors working together striving to succeed. The right time to invest in a market is when it is down for temporary reasons.

Tim Callahan is returning to the downtown Chicago office market with the skyscraper at 110 N. Wacker Drive, a deal that values the glassy tower at more than $1 billion.
