As we head into 2026, the average 30-year fixed mortgage rate is at 6.21%.
Lower than this time last year.
Way below the 2023 peak.

Vickie grew up in the Northern Suburbs and after graduating from Streamwood High School she was accepted into the Walt Disney World College Program. Vickie graduated College Phi Theta Kappa and Dean’s List.
After a long successful career in International Sales and Marketing she decided she needed to make a career change in an effort to be able to spend quality time with her family and Real Estate was the perfect fit.
Vickie has lived and owned several homes in the area including Schaumburg, Riverside, St. Charles, Lisle and Plainfield. Vickie currently resides with her husband and 3 children in Naperville. They fill their free time boating and enjoying Lake Delavan, golf, bowling, wine, craft beer and whisky tasting, and spending time with friends and family.

Julia moved from Cicero to the Naperville/Plainfield area and now resides in Aurora with her three wonderful children. Julia fills her free time with working out, bike riding, boating on the river, golf, enjoying time with friends and family, and mini getaways when possible.
