Sandy Thomas has been with The Bellamy Law Firm for over 40 years. No one deserves retirement more than Sandy, though we will miss her greatly!

To honor Sandy's retirement, we found something we thought could only be suitable for her. Tuesday night, Horry County Council passed Resolution R-141-2020, which honored and recognized Sandy as “Dean of the Title Abstractors” and congratulated her upon her retirement. Next, Pat Hartley placed the gold seal of the Horry County Council on the Resolution, and Chairman Johnny Gardner signed it, making it an official part of the Horry County records. Finally, Horry County Register of Deeds Marion Foxworth retrieved the Resolution from Pat Hartley’s office and recorded it in Deed Book 4363 at Page 1710.

THANK YOU, SANDY! We love you and will miss you (and we hope you'll still answer some of our title questions from time to time).
