Just got out of a listing appointment in The Market Common in Myrtle Beach. Since we'll be listing in July, the sellers were afraid they had missed the optimal time to sell their house. They were under the impression that it would be a disadvantage to sell any other time that spring. I was able to assure them, that although that is true in colder states, it isn't true here. We have a very active real estate market year round!

Had a great time at Uncommon Meet & Eat Monthly Lunch, per usual. Met new people, had a nice lunch, and learned about a charity I’d never heard of before… Ryzon Refuge. They are creating a campus of transitional housing for women and children, providing education and resources to get them on their feet and independent. Uncommon Meet & Eat Monthly Lunch is monthly a charitable event.
We have a different charity present to to us each month and I’ll proceeds of our lunch go to that charity. This event is open to the public. Look out for the event, bright invitation on my page or on the Uncommon Meet & Eat page.
