My sweet Buyers came to me by referral needing a change from the hustle and bustle of the approximate Orlando area and have some besties here who rocked helping them along the way in many, many ways Adrina Gonzalez .. whom I also adore, it was a very busy process selling in Florida and making the move here to the good ole Bama (Roll Tide) 🤗

I am so excited they can finally move into their new home, and put done roots and eventually relax a bit!! They so deserve this and I wish them nothing but the best!!

A special thank you to some phenomenal FSBO who were extremely precious and allowed me to help both sides….and to Marion County Title Co. who got us closed smoothly!

We can always still talk about Disney often, even though they no longer will have Season passes!!

Happiest Closing Day!! 🏡

It was such an honor getting to work with him and his family to find the perfect place to call home. First-time homebuyers truly hold a special place in my heart—there’s nothing like walking someone through every step, from lending and contracts to utilities, homestead exemptions, and all the details in between, making sure they feel confident and comfortable the entire way.

I’m so thankful for the amazing people I get to work alongside. A special shoutout to Black & Houston, Brown in Tuscumbia, and an extra special moment getting to do this transaction with Malone—someone I’ve known for years. That made this closing even more meaningful all the way around for both buyer and seller.

Last closing of the year 2025.. and look at my kiddos GO.. whoohoo, you did it!! I am beyond proud of these two.. it has been such a blessing to help them find their First Home and the process coming to an end makes me sad because they are so fun!! Alan Heitz Abby Ehlert I love you both!!
