Divorce is many times very difficult. If both parties agree on all issues, the divorce is uncontested. An uncontested divorce is much less expensive and is usually amicable. There is still a mandatory waiting period of sixty (60) days if you do not have children and ninety (90) days if there are minor children, before the divorce can be finalized after the filing of the divorce complaint.
