The April 2022 market update is here! Last month inventory remained steady with 4,314 active listings within the Greater Nashville area. There were 3,282 pending sales with an average of 26 days on the market. The total amount of closings for last month was 3,818 - down 7% when compared to April 2021’s total number of closings of 4,119.
