I am helping a client list their home this week & the carpet was not helping the overall appearance or value. Thankfully, there was beautiful oak hardwood underneath so all the carpet was taken up today & this home looks much more updated already!

There are so many things homeowners can do with zero/minimal expense to help their home stand out.

Having a buyer come look at your home for a showing is a lot like a person going on a date. 1st impressions are everything! You want to do everything to can to make your home inviting.
