Spicer House For Sale:

After two decades it comes with a heavy heart that the Spicer House, first a residence and then my law office, is going up for sale today. J. Downs Law will remain on Main Street and this special place of Mullica Hill will always be home.

Twenty years ago I knew I was tasked with being a steward of this special historic property to restore and bring back this property to its glory days. After multiple properties and rehabs on Main Street I look forward to the next project while enjoying time on the Chesepeake.

You will still see me walking to the Blueplate and stopping in our local shoppes and being part of MH Events.

Of course J. Downs Law will still be supporting all town events and I am still here as that person that will listen and try to bridge the gap and find that common ground on any issue. If you know anyone that wants a special property in a special town check out the link attached.

My heart and work spent here will always be part of Spicer House and I will always be part of this great Community. Watch for the new office address and there is no interruption in legal services for all clients in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and New York. Thank you for the support.

Thank you Mayor Manzo. My law office is proud to have assisted in the Redevlopment of our Historic Main Street with old and new businesses. In kind, it was personally a labor of love to develop the BrewXBread Coffee House for our walking district. The sale of the coffee house at the beginning of the year after receiving an offer I could not refuse was bittersweet, but it allows me to focus on new projects on Main Street and still support our common ground. Best to Joanna Papadaniil and her new partner in continuing to keep us rising up and winding down. Hope to see old friends and make new friends during these upcoming events.
