Immigration Services of Mountain View A 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization and CLINIC affiliate that is dedicated to providing legal help to ISMV is a 501(c)(3) organization accepting donations.

Rochelle Gibbons and Althea Uhlman Tomijima are California-licensed attorneys in the San Francisco Bay Area that have a passion for representing those most in need without regard to the financial status of their clients. They practice family-based immigration law with a special emphasis on helping victims of domestic violence (VAWA and/or U visa), serious crime (U visa), and DREAMERs. Both are mem

bers of American Immigration Lawyers Association and the Bay Area Coalition for Immigrant Victims of Crime in addition to being married to immigrants. ISMV is also an affiliate of CLINIC (Catholic Legal Immigration Network) and the Immigration Advocates Network. Maria Gonzalez, a Ohio-licensed attorney who is a native of Venezuela, helps ISMV by doing U visa and VAWA cases as well as DACA and waivers, etc. They are supported by Daisy Guevara, a California-licensed paralegal and interpreter (a native speaker of Spanish with a Masters in Spanish), in addition to managing the office along with assistants, Fernando Macias and Evelyn Rocha.
