The Arkansas Real Estate Commission has opened a public comment period to consider proposed rule changes — and we encourage all members to take a look.

Many of the proposed revisions relate to new license types for property management brokers and property management associates, following the passage of Act 392 by the 2025 Arkansas General Assembly. These changes could have a direct impact on how many of our members do business.
