During the Campaign I have met many people who have been instrumental in my Campaign. With the Election 6 days away, I wanted to take this opportunity to recognize and thank them.
Brent Wilmoth and family. You and your family don’t just talk about the importance of community, you show by investing your time and money in the community. Your dedication to Lawrence County is an inspiration for us all. I met with you to discuss gaining support for my Campaign, however after an in-depth conversation with all of you, I left with a more complete understanding of your commitment to Lawrence County, your support and a friend. God Bless you and yours!
Wally Long. It meant a lot when you took time out of your schedule to speak with and offer your experience and advice to someone new to Politics. Not many know that the first 4 years of my military service was in the Marine Corps, truly making us “Marine Brothers.” Additionally, your public endorsement and support of my Campaign for Lawrence County Prosecutor meant a lot to me. With so many people in Politics not willing to take a stand, the fact that you were willing to openly support me showed your courage and character not just as a person, but also a Candidate for 157 State Representative. Good luck in you Campaign.
Edward Golubski, after you became Mayor of Pierce City, you immediately faced unexpected challenges. It was during this time that we met. I hope my guidance and support has been helpful. In return I was given an opportunity to connect with a city beginning a new era of growth under new leadership. Change is not easy and those who benefit most from the Status Quo will fight the hardest against any change regardless of the will of the people. Thanks for your support.
My Church family. The First Baptist Church of Aurora has been my haven from the Campaign. Every Sunday I was able to come and worship our lord and savior and leave the stress of the Campaign behind. I know it was God’s will that brought me to Aurora and my job at the Lawrence County Prosecutor’s Office. No matter how the election turns out, I know that God will lead me to where I need to be. I see God’s work being done weekly at our Church and look forward to being part of it for years to come.
Patricia Tracy. I was truly blessed when Ms. Pat agreed to be my Treasurer and Campaign Manager. She told me that I checked all the boxes on her list of requirements; Experienced, honesty, history of public service and a man of God. After sharing this walk with her, I won’t end this campaign with just a friend, but someone I consider family
Finally, my Family. They supported me when I told them I was going to run for Lawrence County Prosecutor and were willing to assist me throughout the Campaign. From knocking on doors to attending community events wearing one of my “VOTE Roscoe MILLER Prosecutor” T-Shirts, without complaint. They were instrumental throughout this Campaign and their love and support has made the process bearable. I love you all.
There are to many others to thank individually but know that I appreciate all the people who have appeared at events, put up signs and supported my Campaign. You are the reason I want to ensure criminals are held accountable and to be your voice in Court.
Thank You!
