Specializing in all aspects of land, including, but not limited to, Recreational/Hunting, Development, Timber, Agricultural, 1031 Exchanges, Conservation Easements, Transitional Land, Land Investment , SC Land Man- RLI, GRI, SC Master Naturalist Growing up, I spent a great deal of time on my grandparents' farm in Effingham, South Carolina, and quickly developed a love for all things outdoors: hunt

ing, fishing, and an appreciation for nature in general. Prior to my career in Real Estate, I worked as a Mortgage Broker for six years. Once I became a Realtor, my focus turned quickly to Land, because it allowed me to combine my education and knowledge with my passion for the outdoors. Therefore, I began to carve out a niche for myself in the Industry as a Land Specialist. I am fortunate to have a career that aligns with my background and I am very enthusiastic about using my expertise and training as I assist clients with their land searches and transactions. My credentials include membership in RLI (Realtors Land Institute), an elite group of over 950 land specialists throughout North America. Through RLI, I received specialized education in areas pertaining to my profession, such as investment, brokerage, subdividing, all aspects of taxation, and agricultural/transitional planning. In May of 2011, I became a Certified South Carolina Master Naturalist , adding to my knowledge of land, plants, wildlife and species native to the state. I am a CIPS (Certified International Property Specialist). As a member of the CIPS network and organization, I am able to access real estate on a global level. I am currently working on my ALC (Accredited Land Consultant) designation, which is recognized throughout North America as the pinnacle of achievement for land real estate specialists. The ALC course requires over 120 hours of rigorous classwork and educates in areas including 1031 exchange, site selection, and timber evaluation.
