Samantha is a compassionate and forward-thinking professional who brings more than a decade of results navigating the eligibility requirements and state-specific rules. She evaluates her clients' financial resources, assesses their health care needs and guides them through the complicated steps in the Medicaid process and adds her expertise involving wills and trusts, probate and estate administration, guardianships, special needs planning, and disability planning.

Prior to joining Hollis Laidlaw & Simon, Samantha was partner with a regional estate planning firm in White Plains, a law clerk for the Westchester County Board of Legislators, and an intern for the Westchester County District Attorney's Office, the Honorable John P.
