Just a quick drive east of Nashville 🤠 I-40 will take you to Wilson County—one of Tennessee’s largest counties by land area and home to more century farms (100+ years) than any other county in the state. With approximately 76% of the county still made up of rural, green space, or agricultural land, it’s easy to see why so many people fall in love with it. While there are countless beautiful places to call home across Tennessee, I’m grateful Wilson County has been the backdrop for most of my life.

Poor kids. This is what it’s like when both of your parents live in the world of Real Estate. You spend a hot Nashville Saturday flipping a rental instead of hanging by the pool 😜 Fun fact- Jeremy and I flipped a house while we were dating and almost 20 years later we are still at it!! Even though it’s tough work, I hope these are core memories made when they think of their childhood.

Well, I just got a surprise when I opened up my email this morning, I have been recognized as #20 by REALTRENDS VERIFIED in the City of Mt. Juliet, Tennessee by Volume. This is pretty surreal considering there are about 700 agents that list Mt. Juliet as their homebase! I live in Lebanon + grew up in Mt. Juliet— I think that makes it even more meaningful for me personally. On top of that, our “tiny but mighty” Brokerage of only 30 or so agents— took TEN of the top 25 spots!! Proud of this powerhouse group of local Realtors who love their community and clients with all they have!
