This sale is being held inside a gated community, so please be EXTRA mindful of neighbors’ driveways & mailboxes, and also be respectful of the “no parking signs”. They are in place for a reason. There are 2 entrances, one on Urbana and one on Toledo. Both gates are scheduled to open at 8:30am. We have our 1st Class Estate Sales, etc signs out, and hopefully they will make it through the weekend. 🤞

As always, we ask that you not bring large bags, strollers, or food & drink. We prefer CASH, but accept credit cards with an added service fee. Our company policy does not allow presales or pricing outside of our sales, and will not allow our staff to help load heavy items. Please, bring help for that. Be aware that we are busy, and may not reply to questions or comments. Our apologies
