Recently finished these 3 Memory Quilts for a Client that were made with shirts and trousers worn by her Father. Each quilt has a white center block printed with a beautiful poem written by her Father when he was in the service. Custom labels have her Father's photo and personal details.

Just finished 4 Memory Quilts for a Friend in NJ. All 4 were made from clothing worn by their Grandmother and each Quilt has a custom label, with a photo of their Grandmother, framed and handsewn on the back of Quilt. The large center block is special for each Quilt and on three Quilts it matches the border of setting triangles.

Adding a quilt that I recently pieced and quilted ! I work on so many quilts that others make it's time for me to start piecing again. I've always liked the Irish Chain quilt so that's what I did. It's 81" by 81" and the blocks are 3" blocks made by using 3-1/2" strips of fabric. I quilted it with "Blooming Vine" by David Dennis. The Blooming Vine design is quilted in the solid Background blocks. I used a 4-points square and an echo in the '9-square' blocks. As I hope you can see the 4-points squares form circles around the blue background Blooming Vine and flower. And I ended this quilt with a two-color fl**ge binding.

A Vintage Quilt that I "rescued" for my Clients. When they brought it to me It wasn't useable because of open seams and deteriorated fabric around the entire perimeter. I took the quilt apart, removed the old batting, washed the top and backing, repaired the seams, and replaced the fabric around the perimeter with a new fabric binding. My Clients were happy with the results that gave them a beautiful vintage quilt that they can use and treasure. A custom label was added to acknowledge the original quilter's beautiful work.

This Country Western T-Shirt Quilt is made with 42 T-shirts for a Client who attended all of the concerts. It is a made for a king bed and I show it on a queen bed because I don't have a king bed ! I did lay the quilt on several sheets on the grass in our back yard and I took the photo from our deck. This quilt is backed with a soft flannel fabric and I used Anita Schackelford's Modern Curves quilting design which is perfect for this large quilt.

This beautiful floral quilt was created by a Client's Mother. The quilt is 106" square and was custom quilted. The binding is a two color fl**ge binding and a custom label was added. The second photo is a "screen shot" of the stitching design that was followed in the quilting.
