It is a disgrace that, 30 years after the enactment of the ADA, disabled employees still face such pervasive workplace discrimination that it warrants news articles. Claudia and Chris are two of the attorneys fighting back against such workplace discrimination. Who We Are

We are Employment Lawyers based out of New Jersey and we work with all kinds of employees with legal issues in the workplace. Occasionally we will provide advice, other times we provide continuous coaching behind the scenes to assist you with your current employer. Regardless, our intent is to support based on the type of assistance you need.

We also review and revise documents such as severance agreements, employment contracts, and restrictive covenants. Most of our work involves representing employees with legal claims against their employers in settlement negotiations, mediations, arbitrations and lawsuits. What we can do for you largely depends on your individual situation. We cater our tactics solely on the individual and the situation at hand.

You can tell a lot about someone by who they root for, what they stand for and what they do when faced with adversity. We have dedicated our careers to protecting the rights of workers. We don't represent ideas or constructs like companies; instead, we represent people like you — people who work for a living.
