Our firm represents clients in complex and sensitive matters including divorce, custody and parenting time, support issues, and post-judgment disputes. As our practice continues to grow, we are seeking an experienced Family Law Associate Attorney with 5–7 years of experience to join our team.

Position Overview
The ideal candidate will be a motivated and detail-oriented attorney who is comfortable managing a family law caseload, appearing in court, and working collaboratively in a fast-paced boutique firm environment. This role offers the opportunity to handle meaningful and sophisticated family law matters while growing professionally within a supportive team.

Responsibilities
• Manage a caseload of family law matters from inception through resolution
• Draft pleadings, motions, certifications, and settlement agreements
• Conduct legal research and prepare memoranda
• Appear in court for conferences, motions, and hearings
• Represent clients in mediations and settlement negotiations
• Maintain regular and effective communication with clients
• Collaborate with attorneys and staff to ensure exceptional client service

Qualifications
• 5–7 years of family law experience
• Admission to the New Jersey Bar in good standing
• Strong legal writing, advocacy, and negotiation skills
• Excellent organizational and case management abilities
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment
• Commitment to professionalism and client-centered representation
