I truly hope our agents realize just how special this moment was. RE/MAX Select Group had the incredible opportunity to be the first group to have a one on one conversation with Tamir during our own company meeting.

After what was undoubtedly one of the busiest and most important weeks of his career, Tamir still showed up, right on time, and made time to speak directly with our amazing agents. That meant more to me than I can say.

I’m incredibly grateful for the opportunity, proud of our organization, and especially proud to represent the people who make RE/MAX Select Group what it is.

Definitely a career moment I won’t forget. ❤️

With over 400 of our agents joining us, today was such a powerful reminder of the strength, energy, and culture behind RE/MAX Select Group.

Having our own CEO & President, Rob Lyszczarz, alongside Tamir Poleg Tamir Poleg, CEO of Real REMAX Group LLC, made today’s conversation even more meaningful. We feel incredibly fortunate and grateful that Tamir took the time to join us, connect directly with our agents and leadership, and share his vision for the future.

Today was also a reminder of what makes RE/MAX Select Group different: OUR CULTURE. A culture built around our people, relationships, support, collaboration, and genuinely wanting to see one another succeed. No matter how much we grow or how our industry evolves, protecting that culture and putting our people first will always be at the heart of who we are.

I also want to personally thank our incredible leadership team and agents for all the calls, texts, and messages of support I received today. They truly meant more to me than you know.
