What they don’t see are the 6 AM and 7 AM meetings with my administrative team, the behind-the-scenes planning, strategizing, and executing to make sure our agents have everything they need to succeed.

Success isn’t about having more hours. It’s about how you use them and the team you build around you.

I’m grateful for a team that shares my dedication and understands that excellence starts long before the workday begins.
