*DWI DISMISSAL*

Earlier this week, I was in court representing a client charged with 3 separate DUI's in the same town, each separately occurring within less than 6 months apart. (Aside from a significant license suspension, my client was facing a mandatory minimum jail sentence for the third DUI offense if convicted of all three offenses).
After significant work, time, and research put into the case, I was able to get the third of the DUI offenses dismissed due to legal issues in the state's case, and my client avoided jail entirely.
Rather than serving any jail time, my client successfully completed a rehab program and is on the road to recovery. It is results like these that make late nights and weekends at the office worth it, and make rewarding a practice that can oftentimes be unforgiving. I wish my client the best and honored to have been able to help in this outcome!
