The law firm of Dubeck & Miller brings approximately 40 combined years of legal experience to satisfy the needs of our clients. The firm is currently comprised of two attorneys: Adam P. Miller, Esq. WILLS, ESTATES & TRUSTS: We handle all aspects of estate planning

including the drafting of wills, trusts, powers of attorney, living wills/advanced health care directives and special needs trusts. We also serve all probate, estate administration and estate litigation needs as well as provide estate, inheritance and gift tax assistance to clients and their families through pre-death planning and post-death administration. Our elder law practice extends to adult guardianships, including both contested and non-contested matters. SMALL BUSINESS SERVICES: We assist business owners and entrepreneurs in all aspects of their ventures and operations including negotiation of contracts, business formation, mergers and acquisitions, employment matters, commercial litigation, tax matters and succession planning. No matter the size, complexity or duration of your particular legal matter, at Dubeck & Miller our goal is to provide you with exceptional service.
