What a privilege it is to sell my brother his first home🥹💜

Last week, bought his first house AND adopted a puppy. Swipe to see my adorable nephew, Bernie🐶🐾

This wasn't a simple, easy, or quick journey. After 2 years of searching & striking out, Jonathan can finally call this little piece of Long Valley, "home."

While my portion of the process has come to an end, Jonathan has his work cut out for him! He is taking advantage of a renovation loan to improve the house & property- which means a portion of his renovations will be covered by his mortgage loan.

Renovation loans can be an extremely useful tool for First Time Home Buyers, who often don't have a ton of excess funds to turn around & renovate with after closing. If you have questions about reno loans/the process, I'm your girl!

A HUGE Congratulations to my three-peat clients on the purchase of their dream home in Long Valley! This is literally what dreams are made of😍✨️💭

SOLD!!!! I had the opportunity to help one of my longest friends & her husband buy their first home together & I couldn't be more excited for them🥹

The 16 year old versions of Kasey & I, that met scooping ice cream at Cold Stone, probably wouldn't believe it.

Thank you to Kasey & Nick for giving me your full trust in this process. You both are a testament to the phrase "trust the process."

Its extremely rare in this market that a buyer only submits one offer & gets it accepted on the first go. Kasey & Nick listened to every piece of advice I had to give, & as a result, they were rewarded with the quickest house hunt in 2020s history😂
