Welcome to Dispute Resolution Group, a non attorney based mediation company. DRG has been providing civil mediation and employment mediation for more than 10 years. We have recently added a focus on Divorce Mediation and each of our team are Nationally Certified Divorce Mediators. We are not a law firm, we serve, without bias, and facilitate a fair and equitable divorce for couples that seek an uncontested divorce with less time and expense than a litigious experience.
In our experience most divorces come down to just a few disputed items that require outside, unbiased assistance in getting agreement and compromise back on the table. We do not require a retainer, sessions are up to 90 minutes per week and at the end of our process which is about 3 - 5 sessions you will have a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) to submit to an attorney to file on your behalf to the court or you can do so yourself. We work in all 50 states, you only pay after each session so there is no overpaying and your total cost using mediation is a fraction of what a litigious route would add up to.
