“My ‘WHY’”

There are so many facets to being a Realtor; Business Partner, Educator, Friend, and sometimes Hand Holder. I am prepared to be all these things for you based on your needs and expectations of me, as your Realtor,

My job is to anticipate and take control of any issues, and concerns that may (and will) come up throughout your home buying or selling process and, to make sure that I am ready with solutions and answers to any and all of your questions and concerns. It is also my job to make sure that you have the absolute best possible experience in the whole process, from our initial meeting until the last paper is signed at the closing table (and after)! This doesn’t mean that I make all the decisions and call all the shots. Think of us as BUSINESS PARTNERS, I value your input and opinion in ALL aspects, whether you are selling your home or looking to buy your dream house. BUT you, and ONLY YOU are the ones with the final say in ALL decisions that are made! It is my job to give you the EDUCATION that is required to give you the knowledge that will help you make the best informed decisions possible! But first, I need to know your “WHY”. WHY are you buying or selling? What is your motivation, time frame, inspiration etc. I want to get to know you as a PERSON, you are so much MORE to me than just my CLIENT, we are in this TOGETHER! YOU ARE NOT ALONE! I want you to think of me as a FRIEND, as well as a trusted professional! Whether you are on your 5th house or a 1st time home buyer, it is very stressful to buy an/or sell a home. Anxiety and fear are a natural part of the process and at times, you may need me to be there to help you get through those times. I WILL be there to HOLD YOUR HAND if you want or need me to. I promise to take your calls, texts and emails personally and almost immediately. IF for some reason, I am not able to get to you when you reach out right away, please be assured you are my top priority and I will get to you at my FIRST opportunity! You will ALWAYS deal directly with me, not an assistant!!

Another thing I believe in strongly is giving back. I am a Homes For Hero’s Affiliate Real Estate Specialist. A “Hero” is defined as; Firefighters, Law Enforcement, Military (Active, Reserves & Veterans), Healthcare Workers/EMS and Teachers.
