Big congratulations to my first time homebuyers! This home was listed by-owner after being a rental property for the owners for over a year. The sellers were an absolute joy to work alongside in order to get this deal done for my buyers. Everyone walked away from the closing table with excitement and joy in their hearts. The sellers loved this home as their primary residence for several years and grew their family here before eventually outgrowing it. My new buyers look to begin their lives as newlyweds here and follow down the same path! They’ve got a stunning vision for what this home can be turned into and I can’t wait to see them execute!

As an agent who has had the honor to help dozens of soldiers find their next home when they safely return, it’s never lost on me that they could have been among those who gave it all for our freedoms. The gratitude my family and I have for the sacrifices made to defend our country are something I cannot articulate with words. Especially for those who gave the ultimate sacrifice and laid their lives down. All weekend we’ve been so mindful of why we get a long weekend… because for their families, it’s a long life without them. Stop and say a prayer for our troops that are still defending us today and the ones who didn’t get the chance to return home. 🇺🇸 🙏🏼
