Couldn’t be happier for both my sellers and my buyers on what was such a super smooth deal, start to finish.

My seller clients were original owners from when 4 Black Oak Lane was built in 1993. Thank you to my friend Rhonda Harding for referring me to Lillian. She was such an absolute pleasure to work with. This home was so incredibly well-taken care of, you could tell from the moment you walked inside!

And I’m just so darn happy for my friend Amneek, who grew up literally right around the corner, and has walked by this house countless times over the years. I’m thankful that your sister recommended me to you, after helping her with her purchase a couple years back. We’ve done good!

Joe, we’ve come a long way since sitting in the back of Mr. Nitti’s World Civ class, freshman year at FTHS.

I’m so happy for you and Lil, and I’ve really enjoyed our time together these past few months.

Annnnnd we’re closed!

Proud to have represented both the sellers and the buyers on 1 Oxford Court, Matawan (Old Bridge Twp), which was listed for $699,900 and after receiving 7 offers, we closed today at $750k.

The sellers, L&C, were just amazing to work with throughout, and were original owners, living in the home for 31 years since 1993. A wonderful family.

The buyers, P&P, are moving in with their twin girls to start their new chapter.

We absolutely crushed this sale and it wouldn’t have happened without the amazing work done by Becky Kelleman and Dario Gonzalez. Thank you guys for this opportunity and I’m so glad that all of your hard work paid off!

Wishing the biggest ever congratulations to my amazing friend, Rita Damas, on starting her new chapter. One house sold, and one new home purchased!

I have so much to say on this incredible journey we’ve experienced together and there’s just not enough room in this post, but we did it. You did it!!!

We met at the house in late May and you laid your cards on the table. You had a goal and this move had to make sense.

Your house was so beautiful and we knew people would love it…and they did. We received multiple offers and some that were so incredibly high.

We hit a couple of snags along the way but you stayed positive the entire time! It’s like you just knew that the right buyer would come along. It wasn’t easy and we were definitely tested, as we had to go back on and basically sell the house 3 times, but we made it happen and still received $25k over asking!

And then it was a bit bumpy and difficult getting our offers accepted with our home sale contingency but we did it and we got our offer accepted for $10k less than the previously accepted offer. Not too shabby!!!

Rita, I’ve learned over the last few months that you are an amazing soul and will do ANYTHING and EVERYTHING for your family. I’ve learned that you have the most amazing friends and family and support system. And I’ve learned that it’s all because of you and how much of yourself you give to others. You’re an incredible Mom and person. And I’m just so happy that things worked out in the end.

I feel like you’ve had a really incredible (and BUSY) past year or so. Between us finding your house down the shore in 2023, to moving stuff here and there, to doing a number of renovations, to getting Minstrel Ct. ready for sale, and perhaps best of all, retiring!

Wishing the biggest congratulations to my dear friends Brian and Donna Giordano for closing on the sale of their home yesterday!

Donna and Brian lived in this home for 39 years! Purchased the home on 7/29/1985, and closed on the sale on 7/30/2024.

And it’s a true testament to how beautiful a home you made it, because we received 26 offers and accepted something that was $86,000 over ask!

We made a great team, and you guys were just the absolute best to work with.

I will miss you, and so will Old Bridge; and at the same time, I’m excited for your new chapter. Give Sunny 🐶 a big hug and kiss for me. ❤️
