At Seamon Law Offices PLLC, we dedicate our entire practice to helping families like yours in West Virginia and Pennsylvania. We will work with you to preserve and protect what is important to you: your independence and financial security- now, and in the future. Statistics show that it’s very likely we’ll face expensive care issues at some point because 2 out of 3 of us will need care prior to ou

r death. And 75% of people who are over the age of 65 years old will eventually need long-term care. These are scary facts that none of us want to face. But ignoring the problem doesn’t protect you. Your personal plan should not be a ‘one size fits all’ plan. Your plan needs to take in account your particular circumstances and your personal goals. The best way to prepare is to have an Elder Care and Estate Planning Checkup. At your Checkup, we reviewing your legal documents and financial and family situation, and discuss your goals. Then we can determine if your current plan will achieve your goals or whether you need to make some updates to that plan. Our office offers a complimentary consultation. Length of complimentary consultation varies depending on type of concern. Call us today at 304-554-2900.
