There are many ways in NC of losing your license. The most surprising to people I talk to is that you can lose it for paying a 80 in a 65 ticket online. NC GS § 20-16 a(10) states that the DMV has the authority to suspend your license if the licensee " Has been convicted of operating a motor vehicle at a speed in excess of 75 miles per hour on a public road or highway where the maximum speed is less than 70 miles per hour"

While an attorney can often reverse the guilty plea of paying an online ticket best just to get it handled correctly the first time.

Today 105 years ago the "War to End all Wars" ended on the 11th day 11th hr of the 11th month with the guns falling silent on the western front. In 1954 armistice day was changed to Veterans Day after the end of the Korean War. In 1968 misguided congressional legislation, that was widely ignored in the States, changed the date to mid October. This was rectified in 1975 when Veterans Day back on November 11th. So on this Veterans Day we thank all Veterans for their service and sacrifice from WWII to today. 🇺🇲🦅
