On this Memorial Day, we pause to honor and remember the brave men and women who made the ultimate sacrifice in service to our nation. Their courage, commitment, and unwavering devotion to duty secured the freedoms and constitutional rights we cherish, including those protected by the Second Amendment. This past weekend, I was proud to stand alongside my fellow veterans and brothers in arms as we remembered our fallen brothers and sisters — heroes who answered the call without hesitation and gave everything in defense of liberty. We honor not only their sacrifice, but also the strength of the families who continue to carry their legacy forward. May we never forget the true cost of freedom and always strive to uphold the values they fought and died to protect.

Senate Bill 822 Strengthening Preemption passes the PA Senate! Vote was 30-20. Thank you to the Republican Senate Leadership and all who voted in favor of this civil rights bill.

Constitutional Carry SB 357 moves to the floor…

Senate Bill 357 Constitutional Carry by Sen. Dush is up for a vote at 10am tomorrow in the Senate judiciary committee! We believe this bill has what it takes to pass to the Senate floor and eventually be sent to the House! Expect an update tomorrow morning… after the hearing we will be in the Senate to follow SB 822 Strengthening Preemption and update that as well!
