Hey guys! So there's some interesting things going on in the real estate market right now.

Now normally the spring and summer months are peak times of the year when most consumers are engaged in the market, however, this year its been pretty quiet.

Despite the market being relatively flat, and rates staying pretty steady, there have been significantly less sales nationwide. Sellers are experiencing longer days on market, price reductions, and offering more concessions to buyers to help get them off the fence.

In order to stand out amongst the rest, we are encouraging our sellers to offer incentives to get these buyers back into action!

Whether its additional funds that could be used for buying down your rate, repairs or upgrades to the home, or even closing costs, sellers are aggressively making attempts to stimulate this market.

Additionally, with home loan applications up twenty three percent year over year and more attractive rates, we are anticipating an uptick in offers coming soon.

The fall surge that we've been hearing about is approaching.

Whether you're a buyer or a seller, you're gonna want to be on the forefront before it fizzles out. This won't be a repeat of a few years ago, but it will be a much needed release for this stale market.

Hey guys!

As interest rates continue to drop and buyers start to re-engage in the market again, we've been encouraging our sellers to find new creative ways of making their properties stand out.

Currently we have 2 listings that are offering additional incentives to buyers, hoping to get them off the fence and into action.

Sellers are experiencing longer days on market, price reductions, and offering more concessions to buyers to help get them off the fence. In order to stand out amongst the rest, we are encouraging our sellers to offer incentives to get these buyers back into action!

Here's one of my listings located in the beautiful Heritage Park community in Menifee. Its a single story three bed, two bath home with just under twenty two hundred square feet of living space. This property is actually pretty great!

As you can see it's a corner lot with a good size yard and a beautiful patio cover to get you started. There is so much opportunity for you to customize and make this your dream backyard.

Although the home shows well and is competitively priced, its been on the market for ninety days. So, in an attempt to re-engage in the market and stand out from other listings, the seller is offering an additional five thousand dollar credit to the buyer! This is a great opportunity for buyers to use towards their down payment or closing costs, or even buy down their rate. It could also be useful for moving costs or set aside for future upgrades.

We are looking forward to seeing how these unique seller incentives will favor with buyers and if its enough to incentivize them to make an offer!
