To all of our friends, we have changed our name to Williams & Perry. Travis Collum has been selected as the Assistant Public Defender for Iredell County and we wish him well. Stacy and Shane are now partners and we will continue to fight for you as we have for the past 14 years.

The city of Charlotte has a voluntary sewer backup program to help Charlotte Water customers without insurance coverage, but the cap on the program is $15,000, an amount established when the program started in 1992.

In collaboration with a local student, our office is collecting donations for the Mooresville Kindness Closet and their Kindness Cupboard. We would love to add to our donation and show them an outpouring of love. Our office will be accepting donations through the end of the month. If you would like to donate, please drop off your donations at our office during normal business hours. They are accepting the following new and unopened items: shaving cream, hand sanitizer, toothbrushes, toothpaste, tissues, toilet paper (4 pack or less), bars of soap, first aid items, feminine hygiene products, dental floss, shampoo, conditioner, disposable razors, men’s underpants, men’s and kids socks, deodorant, q-tips, paper plates, paper napkins, laundry detergent, body wipes and Vaseline.
