Since buying my own place, I’ve been having a blast making all kinds of self-efficiency upgrades. Somehow, catching rain in a barrel has become one of my favorites. Who knew I’d be out here cheering on thunderstorms like it’s the Super Bowl? ⛈️🙌

Wrapped things up back in my new home office—finally tackling that admin stack during this heat wave. Shoutout to central air for being the real MVP 🥶🙌

Started my morning kayaking… ended it with a “CLEAR TO CLOSE!” ✅

In between: 🚣🏡
• Shared the vision behind my new foundation
• Talked with motivated buyers & sellers
• Saw inventory rising and rates dipping
• Celebrated wins, and worked through obstacles

This market isn’t always easy, but good opportunities are always out there. Whether you’re buying, selling, or just curious, it’s all about having the right plan, the right team, and great timing/patience.

Lately I’ve been reflecting on how grateful I am for the relationships and adventures this lifestyle constantly brings. Thanks to everyone who’s part of it!
