UPDATE:
He was spotted by some grain bins near 930 W. They were unable to catch him.
MISSING! "Hello. I was in an accident today on 52 at 2:30pm. My puppy, Kentucky, was in the accident and took off running down 300 south. He's wearing a black tactical vest and has a black leash attached. He also has a black collar that has tags on it. He's microchipped. He's 1 years old and about 50 55 pounds."
