Kat was truly an answer to our prayers! My faster (late 60s) was needing to find a new home quickly. He had just moved to the Montgomery area over a year ago from CA. He was stuck living in a 4th floor apartment where the elevator rarely worked. As his lease was about a month from ending, he was hard pressed to find a place.

Kat immediately responded...within an hour! She was incredibly responsive; she put together several listings based on his criteria. She was even kind enough to reach out and coordinate with my sister, who lived in the area and was helping my dad, too.
Now, I don't want to set unrealistic expectations, but within a week she had shown my dad multiple homes; within two weeks, she was sending him leasing papers for a single-story rental home within minutes of his job!
