Not only do "illegal Immigrants pay an average of 8% in taxes...most of them don't ask for a refund!!! so the government keeps everything withheld! As a Tax Professional I find it insulting that the government for so many years gladly accepted (s) their taxes and even ignores what are clearly "fake" social security numbers to keep getting the revenue. It was sending a very mixed message...to people in the past. Sure give us your money...Billions of dollars a year....but GET OUT!!.
