We're working with a well-qualified buyer who is ready to move quickly when the right property comes along. The wish list is pretty straightforward: roughly 100 acres, plenty of trees with a little brush coverage, and an easy drive from San Angelo.

Behind every closing are conversations with lenders, negotiations, inspections, appraisals, deadlines, decisions, and the unexpected things that require a solution before they ever become a problem for my clients.

From the cutest coffee shop to goats, a playground, a dance hall and so much more, this community has such a great personality. Thereā€™s a lot to love about this one! šŸ¤
