An elderly client received this notice along with telephone calls informing her that she must pay $1,500 or she will be arrested. Look at all the grammatical errors. It's fake. But my client didn't know that! I'm appalled at the scoundrels who prey on others.

PLEASE talk with your elderly relatives who come from a time when people were more trusting, and tell them they should NOT give money to anyone without first checking with someone else.
