🚚 Exciting News! We're Moving! 🚚

As we prepare to move into our beautiful new Oshkosh office, all Greg Wright Law Offices locations will be closed on Friday, June 26th to allow our team to complete the move.

We encourage clients who may need assistance around that time to contact us before June 26th or plan to reach us when we reopen on Monday.

We appreciate your patience and understanding as we make this exciting transition. We can't wait to welcome clients to our new Oshkosh location soon!

Even though Wisconsin law requires all drivers to carry insurance, not everyone follows the rules. When you’re injured in a car accident but the other driver either doesn’t have insurance or they have very limited liability coverage you can often be covered by your own insurance policy’s uninsured motorist or underinsured motorist coverage. This part of your insurance coverage is meant to be available to compensate you when you’re injured in an accident, but the other driver doesn’t have adequate coverage to compensate you for your injuries and expenses, or they don’t have insurance at all.

State law requires all drivers to also carry uninsured motorist coverage. Uninsured motorist coverage can also help you if you’ve been injured in a hit and run accident and you aren’t able to identify the other driver. However, underinsured motorist coverage is optional and not required under state law. However, it is important to discuss with your agent the immense importance of also carrying underinsured motorist coverage to protect you and your family in the event you are in a car accident with a driver who has very limited insurance coverage.

Things are really starting to come together at our new Oshkosh office! 🏢✨

This week we’ve hit several exciting milestones — the new sign is being installed 🪧, flooring is being laid 🔨, and windows are going in throughout the building 🪟. It’s incredible seeing the transformation happen step by step, and we’re getting more excited every day to welcome clients into our new space.
