Our immigrant community should never have to prove its worth.✨

Not through how hard they work.
Not through how much they pay in taxes.
Not through the businesses they build or the jobs they create.

When immigrants are spoken about as if they are a burden, we also cannot be afraid to speak about the truth: immigrants work, build businesses, care for our families, strengthen our neighborhoods, pay taxes, create jobs, and contribute enormously to the communities they call home. Research consistently shows immigration contributes positively to economic growth.👏🏼

I am the daughter of immigrants. I have seen the sacrifice, courage, and determination behind the immigrant experience firsthand. And today, I have the privilege of advocating for this community through my work.🙏🏼

So yes, we will continue sharing the facts. We will continue telling these stories. And we will continue reminding people that our immigrant community deserves dignity, respect, and the opportunity to build a future.

Hi, I’m Claudia. If you’re new here, I wanted to take a moment to introduce myself!☺️

I’m a Los Angeles native, the daughter of immigrants, and an immigration attorney. Growing up in an immigrant family shaped so much of who I am and ultimately became the reason I chose to dedicate my career to immigration law.🙏🏼

I graduated from Loyola Law School in 2011 and have practiced immigration and nationality law exclusively. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of hearing so many stories. Stories of sacrifice, uncertainty, family, resilience, and people simply wanting the opportunity to build a better future.🫶🏼

That’s why this work has always felt personal to me.✨

When someone trusts me with their case, I know they’re trusting me with a part of their life. I want my clients to understand what is happening, feel comfortable asking questions, and know that there is someone genuinely advocating for them.

I’m incredibly proud of the attorney I’ve become, but I’m even more proud to be the daughter of immigrants using my education and my voice to serve the community that shaped me.

Immigrant stories are woven into the story of this country.

They are stories of starting over, taking risks, building something from very little, and creating opportunities that extend far beyond one person or one family.🫶🏼

Our communities have contributed through entrepreneurship, innovation, hard work, culture, and generations of sacrifice. And that impact deserves to be recognized.✨

Immigration court can bring a lot of uncertainty, and sometimes the hardest part is simply not knowing what comes next.🙏🏼

I don’t think most women struggle with routines because they lack discipline.

I think they struggle because they’ve built routines around everyone else’s priorities before considering their own.✨

The first meeting goes on the calendar. The deadline goes on the calendar. The school pickup, the appointments, the errands, the emails, they all have a place.🙏🏼

But somewhere along the way, the habits that help us think clearly, recover, and stay connected to ourselves become optional.

We tell ourselves we’ll take a break after we finish one more task. We’ll eat lunch later. We’ll go for a walk when life slows down. We’ll rest this weekend.

Except life rarely slows down on its own.

That’s why I encourage my clients to stop thinking about routines as a list of habits to master and start thinking about them as anchors to return to.

Because the goal isn’t to create a perfect day.

The goal is to create enough stability that even on your busiest days, you don’t lose yourself in the process.

Your routine shouldn’t just help you get more done.

It should help you feel more grounded, make better decisions, and create a life that has room for both your ambition and your well-being.🫶🏼
