I urge all voters in Monroe County to look closely at the performance of their elected officials. Ask others whether the candidates are actually performing their duties. Ask retired judges what they have seen. Take a look at the state Examiner of Public Accounts for the offices. They are readily available online. Talk to anyone who has attempted to get a passport in the last 6 years. Ask them how the process went. In short — get information and vote accordingly.
