🇺🇸🚒 Help Us Paint Ouachita Parish Red, White & Blue! 🚒🇺🇸

We're excited to partner with Ouachita Green once again as they work toward an ambitious goal: painting 100 fire hydrants across Ouachita Parish before July 4th in celebration of America's 250th Birthday! 🎆

This project is more than just adding patriotic color to our community. As Sheila Kay with Ouachita Green shared, efforts like this help enhance the appearance and curb appeal of our neighborhoods—something REALTORS® can certainly appreciate! 🏡✨

Join us on Friday, June 12, at 9:00 AM at the NER Office as we do our part to help make this vision a reality. This is one of the most fun volunteer projects of the year, and we're honored that Ouachita Green invited us to be part of it.

Understanding your education requirements is an important part of keeping your real estate license in good standing.

Post-license education is a one-time, 45-hour requirement for new or upgraded licensees that must be completed within the first 180 days of licensure.

Continuing education is a 12-hour annual requirement that must be completed by December 31 of each year. This requirement includes any mandatory course(s) established by the Commission.
