Fun fact: the last two images are of the intersection where I was almost killed by a driver t-boning me while I was riding my bike through the intersection with a solid green and no protective gear.

Thankfully, for my clients, my new lease on life has made me an even better attorney. I’m more focused now than ever before.

Two months after I struggled to press the bar again, I was back up to sets of 135lb… and that was a month ago.

My mind has been back to 100% for months. Still just trying to catch the rest of me back up.

Daily progress is the plan. 💪🏽😎👍🏽

Managing Attorney, Eric Reyes returns to action this week, almost four months after a reckless driver at 7th St & 23rd Ave in East Mo. almost* put an end to the work of protecting Quad Citizens from the tyranny of road pirates and the federally Unconstitutional War on Pharmaceutical Entrepreneurs & Consumers.




*2 skull fractures, multiple brain bleeds, a shattered wrist, shattered pelvis, broken foot, severe soft tissue damage & destruction over more than half the body, a life flight to Iowa city, a month in bed, weeks in the hospital, weeks at a rehab facility, months of speech, cognitive, physical, and occupational therapy in a wheelchair, and about 30 extra pounds later (which will be gone along with another 10 pounds by the end of April, )…

I’m now cleared to return to work IN PERSON.

I will be returning to court, November 10th. I’m giving myself five days, including the weekend, to organize 3 1/2 months of cases (101 open cases to be exact).
