I am happy to announce that my office recently settled a case for a client for the sum of $2.2 Million Dollars. Our client was a passenger involved in a motor vehicle crash and underwent several surgical procedures to his spine resulting in his being rendered disabled and unable to work.

I am happy to announce that yesterday during mediation, we successfully settled a labor law case for the sum of 2.25 Million dollars plus a complete waiver of a $250,000 worker's compensation lien. While working on a construction project, our client was caused to fall from a scaffold that did not have side safety rails, He sustained a severe traumatic brain injury that rendered him disabled unable to return to work.

We are pleased to report that after a 10 year litigation, we were able to settle our client's case for 1.9 million dollars and a complete waiver of a $300,000 worker's compensation lien for a total settlement of 2.2 million dollars. Our client was a construction superintendent who sustained injuries on a job site necessitating several surgeries that have left him partially disabled. We look forward to helping all our clients going forward.

We are pleased to report that after an 8 year litigation in Auburn, New York we were able to settle our client's case for the sum of $3.7 million dollars. Our client was arrested for a DWI and after being incarcerated, was denied his legitimately prescribed medication to stem neurologically based tremors which due to the medication, were successfully controlled. This resulted in his going through withdrawal, experiencing seizures and a recurrence of his tremors. Due to repetitive falls within the jail, he sustained a severe traumatic brain injury resulting in him needing 24/7 care. He will now have the financial ability to live in a high end assisted living facility where he will be able to receive high level care for the remainder of his life. With a focus in brain injury litigation, we look forward to helping all our clients going forward.

Our client, who was rendered disabled and will necessitate long-term care, will now have financial stability and access to medical care for the remainder of his life.
