It was such a pleasure to help this client find a home! After a terrible first homebuying experience in the past, he was finally ready to put his trust in his Realtor and I to help him through the process again, the right way. When a client chooses to trust us, it is such a huge thing, not to be taken lightly. Especially after they have been mislead and taken advantage of previously, it can - and often does - take years and years to recover from and be able to move forward again after a bad experience. Sometimes financially as well as emotionally. This is why I feel so strongly about creating a team of Loan Officers, as well as Realtor partners, to ensure my clients are well taken care of and treated right.
