Yesterday was a beautiful reminder that community matters. ♥️
Despite the heat, so many people showed up, loved well & rallied around one of our own. It was a blessing to host a Crawfish Benefit for our KW family member, Lauren Gaudet & her husband, Aaron, as they continue to navigate life after his motorcycle accident.
From the incredible turnout, to the amazing food, to the giggles of kiddos playing on the water slide, every detail was a reflection of the kindness & generosity that surrounds this family. Because of your support, we were able to raise over $5,500 to help the Gaudets during this season & we are overwhelmed with gratitude.
A special thank you to South Alabama Inflatables for generously donating the water slide, Sip & Sea for the refreshing lemonades, Mann Kettle Corn & The Taylor’d Chef for sharing their talents & giving back to this family. We are also incredibly thankful for the many businesses & individuals who donated gift cards, auction items & countless acts of kindness that made our silent auction such a success.
To the volunteers who worked tirelessly behind the scenes, to everyone who purchased a ticket, made a donation, bid on an item, or simply showed up with encouraging words - thank you. Your generosity made a difference.
And heartfelt thank you to our church family, Pathway Church - Airport Campus, for opening their doors & allowing us to use the space to serve others. We are so grateful.
What a privilege it has been to love on the Gaudet family in this way. We have always believed that real estate is about more than buying & selling homes, it’s about people, relationships & being there for one another when it matters most.
Yesterday was proof that when a community comes together, hope is stronger, burdens are lighter & no one has to walk through hard seasons alone.
