She has over 10 years of experience as a trial lawyer handling family law cases, and personal injury litigation such as Workers’ Compensation, slip and fall, and motor vehicle accident cases. She specializes in Social Security Disability and Estate Planning. Brittney was raised in Gautier, Mississippi. She earned her Bachelor of
Arts Degree from the University of South Alabama in 2011. She subsequently obtained her Juris Doctor Degree from Thomas Goode Jones School of Law in May of 2015. While in law school, Brittney worked as a law clerk and obtained her 3L Practice Card allowing her early courtroom experience. During law school, Brittney was an active member of the Student Animal Legal Defense Fund and Jones Public Interest Law Foundation. Brittney is currently a licensed foster parent and a member of the Junior Board for Presbyterian Home for Children. Brittney is a member of the Alabama State Bar; the Alabama Association for Justice; and the Workers’ Compensation Section, Personal Injury Section, Family Law Section, Elder Law Section, Property Section, and Women’s Section of the Alabama State Bar. Growing up on the Mississippi Gulf Coast, Brittney enjoys fishing and kayaking. She also loves spending time with her family. Brittney is dedicated to her profession and works well with people.
